I started Cambium Consulting to help local governments create better and more vibrant communities. With over 26 years of local government experience, I know and understand the common problems communities face and have developed creative strategies to move projects forward and cut through the bureaucratic red tape. In my career, I have managed projects that have created more than $200 million in new commercial and industrial investment and added more than 2,000 jobs to the local economy.
My experience in local government has helped me understand the development process and how to get projects done quickly and effectively. The mission of Cambium Consulting is to work with communities to help them understand who they are, and more importantly, who they aren’t so they can identify their challenges and find the best way to move forward. I know how to leverage my knowledge and experience to help communities identify their unique attributes and capitalize on their strengths.
