I started Cambium Consulting to enhance community development and create more vibrant neighborhoods. With over 26 years of local government experience, I understand the common challenges communities face and have developed creative strategies to advance projects while cutting through bureaucratic red tape. In my career, I have managed initiatives that generated more than $200 million in new commercial and industrial investment, adding over 2,000 jobs to the local economy. I've also collaborated with housing developers to create hundreds of attractive new housing units that align with the existing character of their communities.
My extensive experience in urban planning has equipped me with the knowledge of the development process and how to execute projects efficiently. I work with communities to help them recognize their identity and, more importantly, to understand their limitations, enabling them to identify challenges and leverage their strengths in economic development.
Additionally, I am well-versed in navigating the complexities that arise during the development process. If you're a small business struggling to secure zoning approval, obtain building permits, or if your project seems stalled, let me assist you.
